Pay Grade/Pay Range: Minimum: $48,600 - Midpoint: $60,800 (Salaried E7) Department/Organization: 207103 - CCIS Undergrad Studies Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, some after hours Job Summary: The College Student Recruitment Program Manager develops and manages the recruitment operations for the college. Serves as the college's liaison in the recruitment, education, and service to prospective students and families. Directs, implements, and evaluates results orientated recruitment strategy that supports the enrollment goals and overall mission of the College. Additional Department Summary: Provides strategic leadership for all undergraduate and graduate recruitment initiatives within the College of Communication and Information Sciences. Develops and executes a comprehensive recruitment strategy, leads targeted outreach efforts, and collaborates with academic units and the Office of Graduate Studies to strengthen master’s and PhD recruitment.
