Job description

Overview The Stretch Therapist is responsible for delivering guided, non-therapeutic assisted stretching services focused on improving mobility, flexibility, and overall movement quality. This role supports members through coached stretch sessions while operating strictly within a fitness- and wellness-based scope. This position does not provide massage therapy, physical therapy, medical treatment, or injury rehabilitation. Responsibilities: Provide high-quality assisted stretch services: - Deliver assisted stretch sessions in accordance with company-approved protocols and sequencing - Perform active and passive stretches designed to support flexibility, mobility, and range of motion - Use appropriate body mechanics, positioning, and pressure to ensure client safety and comfort - Continuously assess client feedback, movement tolerance, and comfort levels throughout each session - Modify stretches within approved guidelines to accommodate individual mobility levels and limitations - Maintain a calm, professional, and supportive presence during all sessions - Ensure the treatment area is prepared, clean, and set up according to brand standards before and after sessions Educate client...
