About the Role: We’re looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer to support, maintain, and continuously improve inforcer’s Microsoft-first internal environment. You’ll be responsible for supporting and maintaining our Microsoft 365 tenant, Azure services, and network environment to ensure they remain reliable, secure, and effective for the team. You’ll also provide day-to-day support for the team, acting as the senior escalation point, and help shape what great internal IT looks like. Given our size and growth, this role has broad ownership across the IT stack and is ideal for someone who enjoys varied work and shaping internal IT standards.
