Myriad Genetics is a leader in molecular diagnostics, advancing personalized medicine across Oncology, Women’s Health, and Mental Health. We are seeking a strategic and analytical Sales Incentive Compensation Senior Manager to lead the design, governance, and execution of commercial sales incentive programs that drive performance and fuel growth. This role partners closely with Commercial Leadership, Finance, HR, and Sales Operations to ensure compensation plans align with corporate objectives, motivate the field, and scale with business needs. This is a high-visibility role for a strategic leader who thrives at the intersection of analytics, finance, and commercial performance—and wants to shape how we reward and accelerate growth.
