The Position Genentech, Inc. seeks a Finance Enterprise Partner - Pharma Technical Development at its South San Francisco, CA location. Duties: Review and analyze monthly and quarterly financial data, and develop insights. Review and present insightful financial updates and variance analysis to key business stakeholders in order to enable transparency into financial performance and drivers and optimize resource allocation; support trade-off decisions due to strategy changes. Guide business leadership through investment decisions via weighing benefits and costs. Provide ad hoc analysis on strategic projects, including but not limited to impact measurement metrics and investment prioritizations, and present to senior management. Diligently build and maintain effective business partnerships between stakeholders and Finance through close collaboration and regular meetings. Provide financial due diligence on potential business deals and acquisitions. Review and implement process improvement initiatives that align with group and departmental goals, and take a lead role in those process improvement projects.
