Job description

SUMMARY: Performs all aspects of maintenance on company aircraft including, but not limited to, servicing, inspections, repairs and modifications in accordance with Federal aviation regulations. May handle special assignments such as supervision of volunteer program and support of company activities or events such as Pioneer Airport and AirVenture. Works under general supervision. Employee is required to exercise initiative and good judgment in the performance of duties. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Perform routine servicing, maintenance, heavy maintenance, and restoration on company aircraft in accordance with manufactures requirements and FAA regulations. - Ability to locate and interpret information for completion of work in accordance with all company, state, federal and FAA regulatory requirements. - Supervise maintenance performed by non-rated personnel in accordance with FAR’s. - Learn and utilize the project management programs and how to timely/accurately complete assigned projects. - Maintain and repair aircraft ground support equipment. - Assist with preparation of EAA AirVenture as assigned. - Embraces and supports the EAA mission and performs safe practices in the wor...
