Segment: Royal Canin: Type of contract: Permanent: As SRM Manager, you will translate regional value creation strategies into concrete commercial impact at market level. You will lead pricing and promotional frameworks, steer trade investment allocation, and actively challenge commercial plans to maximize value creation across the P&L. Acting as a strategic partner to Sales, Finance and Demand teams, you will influence key decisions throughout the annual planning cycle and represent SRM in S&OP forums. Your work will directly shape revenue growth, margin performance and long-term competitiveness. What are we looking for?: You bring 3+ years of experience in FMCG, ideally at the intersection of Sales, Finance or Demand, with exposure to revenue management topics. You have solid hands-on experience in SRM or Revenue Management , and understand pricing, promotions and trade investments levers.
