Company Description The Workforce Operations Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day delivery of WIOA services in Richland and Lexington counties. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position provides leadership, supervision, and compliance oversight to staff while carrying a small caseload of WIOA participants to remain connected to direct service delivery. The Workforce Operations Supervisor ensures program excellence by balancing staff management, partner engagement, performance monitoring, and hands-on case management to achieve positive outcomes for both job seekers and employers.
