The Opportunity: As a key member of the Workforce Productivity Team, the Senior Consultant leads and supports workforce productivity initiatives using project and change management methodologies, facilitates teams, and drives optimization of workforce productivity. The role collaborates closely with operational and financial partners to analyze data, develop and interpret productivity metrics, and build organizational capability through the adoption of standardized tools and best practices.
