Training We offer Reformer Pilates training right here at our studio. The BODYBAR Instructor Training provides you with the knowledge, skills, mentoring to start your teaching journey. Should you choose to continue your education, there's also the flexibility to bridge train with Balanced Body at a later time. More information is available!
