The Role: The Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory team at Unity provides ‘end-to-end’ support for companies on their transaction and IPO journeys. This includes IFRS & US GAAP, Regulatory and exchange rules and regulations, carve-out and pro forma reporting, deal structuring and PMO, internal controls (including SOX), and post-IPO public company advice and support. We operate with a tech-first delivery model. You will be expected to drive how technology, data, and automation are used across engagements, improving efficiency and consistency, and moving away from traditional manual approaches.
