You will be looking over the shoulder of the Global Talent Management Team responsible for Vanderlande’s talent management processes. Whilst doing so, you will support the team with the roll-out and communication of processes. Moreover, you will support the execution of the global diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) efforts. Description of department: During this internship you will especially connect with other colleagues global HR departments (Centers of Expertise), but also with colleagues in regional and local roles across the HR organization.
