Finance Process Improvement & Integration - The Manager – Group FP&A & Reporting supports the VP Finance in strengthening the reliability, speed and discipline of Centogene’s financial reporting and planning processes. - The role combines financial planning and analysis with strong accounting expertise, ensuring that group financial results are prepared accurately, reviewed analytically and delivered on time. - A key focus of the role will be to accelerate the monthly close process, support budgeting and forecasting, strengthen accounting quality, and improve financial data quality across international affiliates. - Coordinate and support the group monthly close process across affiliates. - Prepare monthly management reporting numbers for group consolidation. - Perform analytical review of P&L and balance sheet movements. - Resolve intercompany reconciliation differences and reporting discrepancies. - Support preparation of consolidated financial reporting packages. - Contribute to reducing group closing time...
