Job Description The Senior Engineer of Codes, Standards & Product Testing serves as a senior technical expert responsible for leading industry regulatory compliance initiatives that support product development, market access, complex testing and code approvals. The Senior Engineer drives strategy, sets testing and regulatory compliance direction for new products, represents MiTek in external regulatory and standards committees, and develops and conducts building code official training. This role combines applying advanced knowledge of building codes, standards, and evaluation criteria (e.g., ASTM, ICC-ES, IAPMO) and deep expertise in physical product testing. The Senior Engineer also mentors junior engineers, influences design decisions, and ensure timely and successful execution of technically demanding projects.
