Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, you’ll provide both onsite and remote Level 2 support across a broad range of technologies including desktops, Microsoft 365, Teams, AV and mobility solutions.This is a hands-on, customer-facing role supporting users across metro and regional locations, focused on resolving issues quickly, improving service outcomes, and ensuring a positive end-user experience.
