POSITION SUMMARY: The Maintenance Tech is responsible for overseeing the general upkeep of the building and its infrastructure. Their role is to maintain building operations and ensure that the facilities are always safe and functional. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Supports the mission, vision, and goals of the organization, upholding and promoting company culture and vision. - Responsible for performing facility and grounds upkeep and repairs. - Conduct maintenance, service, and repairs in the areas of carpentry, painting, plastering, and machine servicing. - Repair and maintain plumbing fixtures such as toilets, urinals, and sinks. - Manage routine maintenance and repairs. - Attends training courses at community and maintains up to date monthly, quarterly, annual training through designated Learning Management System (LMS). - Other duties as assigned, and which relate to the success of the community and the care, comfort, and happiness of our residents.
