We're expanding into perimenopause and menopause care and looking for experienced Nurse Practitioners to join our team on a casual basis. The Role: We're looking for Nurse Practitioners with hands-on experience in perimenopause and menopause management, particularly hormone replacement therapy (HRT). You'll provide virtual consultations, assess patients, prescribe and manage HRT treatments, and support ongoing care. This is a casual contractor role, fully remote role. What You'll Do: Conduct virtual consultations with patients experiencing perimenopause and menopause symptoms Assess patient history, symptoms, and lab results to determine HRT eligibility and appropriate treatment plans Prescribe and manage hormone replacement therapy (estrogen, progesterone, combination therapies) Order and review bloodwork and diagnostic tests as needed Monitor patients on HRT for efficacy, side effects, and necessary adjustments Provide patient education on treatment...
