Vice President – New Product and Business Approval Team Summary: The New Product and Business Approval Team sits within Enterprise Risk and is responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end process of new product and business approvals within the organization. This role ensures that new products and business lines conform to the firm's strategic objectives, risk appetite, and risk management standards. Responsibilities: Support the enterprise NPA framework in accordance with internal policy and regulatory expectations. Collaborate closely with Product Sponsors, Risk Management, and other corporate functions to facilitate thorough evaluation and approval of new business proposals and product expansions. Facilitate the assessment, risk analysis, and approval workflow for new products and business initiatives, ensuring comprehensive review of associated risks including market, credit, liquidity, and non-financial risks. Coordinate and challenge assessments across control functions; oversee tracking of all conditions and post-implementation reviews.
