Responsibilities: Requirements: - Provides leadership, guidance, training, and mentoring to other project support personnel within the Engineering Technology Division Offices. Ensures that project support personnel receive policies and procedures pertinent to their duties, disseminating information throughout the Division verbally, in writing, or electronically. This includes, but is not limited to training in the areas of correspondence, telephone procedures, publications, directives, reports, etc. - Generate weekly reports by collecting input from the divisions. - General business/project support, including answering telephones, document preparation and review, filing, scheduling meetings and calendar maintenance, managing phone and email distributions, and offi...
