Explore local markets, analyze cost drivers and supply risks, and translate insights into effective purchasing actions. Capture and challenge stakeholder requirements, ensuring clear specifications and service levels. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, proactively identifying alternatives and future opportunities.
