Location : Hershey, PA Department : Finance: Summary of Role: The Manager, Supply Chain FP&A will provide financial leadership to the US Supply Chain team, enabling informed decision making and driving sustainable cost improvement. This role will provide analytics and insights that support the delivery of strategic imperatives and will work with many levels of the Hershey Company organization to understand current results, future expectations, and the business drivers that provide opportunities and/or risks to the division. A successful candidate will possess strong business acumen, strategic thinking, communication, collaboration, and analysis skills. Role Responsibilities: CoGS Planning and Analysis - Lead and continuously improve the financial modeling tools, processes, and reporting to manage the total COGS Strategic Plan, Annual Plan, Business Updates, and monthly financial estimate updates (LEs) for the US CMG & Protein businesses.
