Job Description: Deep cleans/ washes walls, ceilings, base boards, floor drains, hand sinks, tables and cutting boards as well as flatware, pots and pans; sweeps/mops floors, breaks down and cleans equipment, sorts, stores and transports all dishes, flatware, pots/pans as well as transports garbage. Clean and polish silver, flatware and brass in all areas as needed.
