Job Overview: Docketly is seeking a Legal Talent Sourcer to drive high-volume, outbound recruiting efforts and build a strong national pipeline of attorneys. This role is heavily focused on top-of-funnel activity—identifying, engaging, and qualifying talent through proactive outreach.
