Remuneration: $113926 + 17% super (level 7) - Duration: Full Time Fixed Term until end of May 2028 Location: UNSW Kensington Campus (hybrid): Why Your Role Matters: The Timetabling Consultant plays an important role in delivering high-quality timetabling and room booking services that support UNSW’s teaching, learning, and student experience objectives. Working within the Timetabling team, you will contribute to the planning, coordination, production, and maintenance of UNSW’s central teaching timetable and learning space bookings. The role also provides operational support and expert advice to Schools and Faculties on class management and timetabling processes within the University’s student systems. This is a collaborative and fast-paced role that requires strong analytical capability, sound judgement, and the ability to manage competing operational priorities across a large and complex university environment. You will work closely with stakeholders across UNSW to support effective teaching delivery, space utilisation, and positive timetable outcomes for staff and students.
