Registered Surveyor – Sydney (Remote / Hybrid / WFH) FT/Contract $80–$100 per hour Flexible Working: Residential & Land Development Projects: TSS Total Surveying Solutions is seeking an experienced Registered Surveyor to support our growing Residential and Land Development team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-focused, confident in meeting deadlines, and fully across NSW legislative and regulatory requirements. We offer full flexibility. Work remotely, hybrid, or from home while contributing to high-quality deliverables for our clients. About the Role: In this position, you will be responsible for: - Signing off on detail surveys, ensuring accuracy and compliance. - Reviewing and signing off on plans in accordance with NSW legislation. - Providing technical support and oversight to our cadastral and land development teams. - Ensuring all deliverables meet statutory requirements, project timelines and internal quality standards. - Collaborating with project managers and field teams to maintain smooth workflow and exceptional service.
