Job description

MELE Associates, Inc. is seeking to add an experienced Engineering Support Analyst to support the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) in the execution of its mission, including providing technical, programmatic management, environmental planning and logistics support services. This full-time on-site position is contingent upon contract award. Essential Functions: - Develop, analyze, and communicate requirements and direction for stockpile life-cycle activities, strategic materials, and necessary capabilities. - Integrate and coordinate the planning and evaluation of the stockpile operations to ensure national defense requirements are properly understood and met. Serve as a technical advisor for weapon related activities by coordinating the dissemination of knowledge to stakeholders with a need to know, in support of the NA-12 PADA. - Support DP participation in DoD studies for follow-on weapons - Prepare draft portions of the Stockpile Strategic Management Plan (SSMP) and conduct ongoing technical reviews - Support NNSA participation with DoD in development of Nuclear Weapon Stockpile Memorandum/Nuclear Weapons Stockpile Plan (NWSM/NWSP), Requirements and Planning Direc...
