General Product Manager Reports To: CEO: Location: Louisville, KY FLSA Status: Exempt, Full-Time Overview: NVX is building one of the most ambitious car audio product catalogs in the world—engineered for performance and designed to deliver exceptional value. Our next chapter is scaling NVX into a globally recognized product powerhouse across subwoofers, amplifiers, speakers, wiring, and accessories. We are hiring a General Product Manager to lead the expansion of the NVX catalog from concept to shelf. This role blends global sourcing, technical product innovation, and data-driven execution. You will work directly with factories—primarily in China and broader Asia—to develop, cost, refine, and launch best-in-class products. This is a high-intensity, hands-on operator role. We are looking for someone who understands factory dynamics, can navigate complex technical conversations with engineers, and is comfortable managing the "always-on" nature of global manufacturing.
