Overview & Responsibilities An excellent opportunity has become available to join Elliott Group as a Field Service Engineer in Italy or Switzerland. The successful candidate will join our field service operation that covers field maintenance activities of Cryogenic Pumps throughout Europe, Middle East, Africa. This includes both Elliott Group and non-Elliott Group equipment. The successful candidate will lead installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting activities for our onshore and offshore customers around the clock. As a Field Service Engineer your main responsibilities will involve: Lead Field Service technical advisor for technical support both on site or as a resource for the customer and other Field Service personnel. Supervises staff (Elliott, customer and contracted) at customer sites, providing technical expertise and advice on jobs. Quotes jobs and assists with invoicing content and business decisions affecting profitability. Manages complex packages and contracts; investigates problems, customer complaints and disputes; reaches conclusions; and sells solutions both to customer and within Elliott.
