We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and experienced leader to guide the operations of our Rising Tides Hospital Services division across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. This leader will oversee 85+ hospital programs and approximately $125M+ in revenue. We are looking for a strong operator with a strategic mindset that consistently and proactively seeks ways to improve performance and develop teams. The DVP will engage at all levels of the enterprise, and specifically, will be a key thought partner, working closely with the Group Vice President as well as Finance, Strategy, People Services, and Business Development teams.
