Audubon is currently seeking a Construction Manager to join our team in our Houston, TX Office. This position requires excellent communication skills, computer skills and high attention to detail. The ability to work independently and in a team environment with co-workers, supervisors, and customers is critical to the success of this position. This candidate will be monitoring all aspects of the general site construction & installation of the civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and commissioning. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Review of field site prep drawings - Monitoring civil contractor on site prep work - Review of construction drawings and working with general contractor on site work - Review of installation drawings & working with vendors & contractors to ensure equipment is installed as per OEM recommendations Monitoring vendors & subcontractors on building & enclosures - Monitoring electrical contractors for initial hookup and checkouts - Supervises contractor on NDT welding specs and hydro-testing of all pipe spools Monitoring hand-over documentation for commissioning teams - Monitoring project costs and schedules - Reports directly to project manager Health, Safe...
