Job description

Overview As part of the ITLM team, this role ensures seamless management of client requests, stock, logistics, vehicle fleet, and associated drivers. Responsibilities span from coordinating ITLM Operations processes to overseeing fleet maintenance and driver scheduling. Responsibilities: - Coordinate client requests and ITLM operations through online portals. - Manage customer service requirements and liaise with appropriate departments. - Oversee request fulfilment from quoting to execution and invoicing. - Upload data into internal systems and customer portals. - Handle assets retire reporting and maintain audit documentation. - Monthly Reporting. - Ensuring Fleet of vehicles undergo servicing and MOTs for Services - Keeping a vehicle maintenance plan around driver’s workload and service demand - Organising repairs and, if applicable, replacement vehicles - Ensuring all service records are recorded and documented correctly. - Booking of Hire vehicles where required - Supporting drivers to ensure that they complete daily vehicle inspections and reporting on their performance. - Tracking of driver’s schedules in Samsara - Support driver management, scheduling, and performance track...
