Timberland EMEA is looking for an exceptional Sales Support Specialist to join our Sales team based in Milan, Italy Let’s Talk about the Role: As a Sales Support Specialist for Franchise accounts, you’ll support the Franchise Manager in driving commercial success across a network of franchise partners. You’ll help ensure brand consistency, optimize product assortments, and support sales growth through collaborative planning and execution. How You Will Make a Difference You will achieve this by: Assist in managing relationships with franchise partners across designated regions (Italy, Iberia, Greece) Support seasonal planning, product allocation, and order management Monitor franchise store performance and provide actionable insights Coordinate with marketing and visual merchandising teams to ensure brand alignment Help execute training programs and operational standards for franchisees Track KPIs such as sell-through, inventory turnover, and revenue targets Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders Support new store openings and expansion initiatives Skills for Success: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Management, or related field Strong analyti...
