Process Verification Technician

Job description

The Process Verification Technician ensures the quality control of products produced at our Utah manufacturing facilities by performing environmental swabbing, room and equipment checks, sampling of manufactured product, inspection and sampling of incoming raw materials. Key Responsibilities: - Sign off on room and equipment cleanings prior to use - Pull samples for final testing - Perform environmental swabbing, and ATP Swabbing - Monitor Production area for appropriate GMPs - Cross-train on other Quality position to provide coverage as needed or assigned - Label incoming raw materials - Inspect and sample incoming raw materials - Release raw materials after incoming testing is complete - Use equipment and materials properly - Check incoming shipments to ensure paperwork, all matches and product are approved to be in our facility - Follows all environmental, health and safety protocols. - Provides support for all safety and environmental initiatives. - Proactively attempts to prevent all accidents and eliminate all unsafe conditions. - Demonstrates management’s commitment to safety.
