Job Description Compensation Consultant – National Branch Network About the Role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Compensation Consultant to support the National Branch Network within the Consumer Banking and Lending Total Rewards team. In this role, you will help design and deliver compensation solutions that align with business objectives, drive performance, and reinforce enterprise expectations. This is an excellent opportunity to influence compensation strategy and partner across Human Resources to support key organizational priorities. Key Responsibilities: Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that enhance compensation programs and support business performance. Apply independent judgment while gaining expertise in compensation policies, procedures, and best practices. Manage moderate‑risk compensation deliverables and ensure alignment with enterprise standards. Partner with Total Rewards, HR, and business leaders to resolve issues and achieve shared objectives.
