Enterprise Strategy Manager

Job description

We are seeking a strategic problem-solver for Guardian’s Enterprise Strategy team. In the role of Enterprise Strategy Manager , you will be part of a project team that solves complex problems, develops long-range and short-term plans for Guardian, and partners with senior leaders to identify, develop, evaluate, prioritize, and deliver strategic initiatives across the organization. You will work closely with Guardian’s Strategic Projects and Corporate Development teams, as well as senior leaders in the business units and corporate functions. The role reports to Guardian’s Head of Strategic Growth & Planning. This highly visible team is responsible for overall strategy development, executing cross-cutting strategic initiatives, and managing strategic planning processes across the enterprise. You will have the opportunity to work on a range of high-visibility projects and strategic workstreams spanning across: - Strategy development – help define the strategic direction, with both near-term and long-term priorities for Guardian or specific business units.
