Job Description The Legal Counsel Digital provides critical advice and counsel on digitalization, software, and technology matters across Avery Dennison. This role is central to our customer-facing digital solutions and the ongoing digitization of our operations, and those of our clients. You will support the IT and Technology functions by managing software and service contracts, while steering strategy for data privacy, data use rights, AI and cybersecurity. As a key partner to our global business, you will handle a wide range of legal matters—from day-to-day queries to complex international projects—reporting directly to the Senior Legal Counsel, EMENA and Global Digital. Key Responsibilities: Technology Transactions: Review, draft, and negotiate a broad range of agreements including SaaS, hardware purchases, AI procurement and professional services, as well as joint development agreements and collaboration ventures with partners. Strategic Advisory: Act as a key member of commercial teams to provide high-quality legal services for multi-jurisdictional transactions, litigation resolution, and regulatory compliance.
