Department: 36317 Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center - CT Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Overnights. Monday through Friday, every other weekend. Pay Range: $35.50 - $53.25 $10,000 sign-on bonus! Major Responsibilities: Customer Satisfaction 1)Serves as a patient advocate to ensure that patients and customers needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. 2)Ensures timely scheduling of both inpatients and out patients 3)Provides education to all patients before, during and after exams. 4)Maintains a positive relationship with all customers i.e., patients, other departments, physicians and fellow associates. 5)Reviews patient satisfaction data and participates in improving areas of concern 6)Utilizes appropriate resources to resolve patient irritants 7)Addresses and resolves customer complaints. 8)Ensures on-time completion of own performance pathway • Submits self-evaluation to leader two weeks before review 9)Participates quarterly in the associate satisfaction survey 10)Submits ideas on improving customer satisfaction on a continual basis Quality: 1)Accountable for the production of quality CT scans. 2)D...
