Operations Manager

Job description

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will oversee daily production operations at our Macon, Missouri facility, home to the production of Healthy Choice and Marie Callender’s products. You will guide production execution, support production planning, and sustain improvements through disciplined operating practices, standard work, and autonomous maintenance. You will coordinate production departments and partner across Human Resources, Continuous Improvement, and Quality to support a safe, efficient environment that delivers high‑quality products. A Taste of Your Responsibilities: Implement the plant‑specific vision to support continuous improvement and align with Conagra’s broader objectives. Direct Production Managers and Production Supervisors in their daily responsibilities and long‑term development. Promote employee engagement and development to support manufacturing, quality, and productivity goals. Communicate results and action plans to employees and leadership.
