Summary: The Kitchen Cook Lead plays an essential role in the production of gummies; the Kitchen Cook Lead is responsible for both mixing, blending, and cooking the gummy formulations according to the Master Manufacturing Record as well as providing guidance to the other kitchen cooks. Working very closely with the machine operators, this role ensures that all ingredients have been weighed correctly, are mixed properly, added to the equipment in the correct order, and meet all the specifications outlined in the MMR. This role is also responsible for ensuring that PBR entries are made correctly and in a compliant fashion. This role is also responsible for coordinating with the warehouse and the weigh & dispense team to ensure that materials are staged and ready for seamless production activities.
