Job description

Role Summary: As the LCV Business & Channel Strategy Manager (m/w/d) , you will drive the analysis, processing, and communication of strategic insights and tactical recommendations to improve sales force effectiveness and productivity. You will ensure the right tools, processes, and performance measures are in place to support the sales team, while aligning brand strategies with sales force execution and identifying potential gaps, variances, and opportunities for improvement. We want you to: - Define and implement channel strategies that maximize market coverage and optimize dealer and distribution networks across Europe - Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for LCV fleet sales across European markets, focusing on key segments such as corporate, government, and large business customers - Build and manage relationships with key fleet customers, leasing companies, and channel partners to drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction - Conduct ongoing market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities in the LCV fleet and channel space - Establish and monitor sales targets for the fleet and channel segments, ensuring alignment w...
