Role The Client Success Manager (Lead Analyst) plays a pivotal role in ensuring clients realise maximum value from the StarCompliance platform. This role partners closely with clients to understand their compliance programs, guide them through configuration and adoption, and ensure long-term satisfaction and platform engagement.
