Job Title: Talent & Capability Consultant Contract Type: 12-month FTC: Location: London: Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based Closing date: 25th March 2026: We’re looking for a Talent & Capability Consultant to join the Royal London Talent & Capability team on a 12‑month fixed-term basis. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in shaping how we identify, develop and grow talent across the organisation. Reporting to the Talent & Capability Director, you’ll work closely with People Team colleagues, leaders and external partners to deliver practical, insight‑led talent solutions aligned to Royal London’s strategic priorities.
