Overview Darkblade Systems, a CIS Secure company, has an opportunity for a Database Management Analyst II supporting a new program located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. Responsibilities: The Database Management Analyst II will: - Manage the development of database projects. - Demonstrate experience with DBMS design, system analysis and programming, current operating systems software internals, data manipulation techniques and languages, and current DBMS technologies. - Plan and budget staff and data resources. - Provide daily supervision and direction to support staff. - Monitor performance, and evaluate areas to improve efficiency. TRAVEL: - This position anticipates standard work hours, Monday-Friday. - Limited or minimal travel expected. CLEARANCE: EDUCATION: - Active Top Secret / SCI clearance required. - Potential to upgrade Secret clearance. - Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, computer security, or relevant field preferred. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: - Associates of Science or Arts OR 2-year technical school plus 10 years relevant technical experience OR - Bachelors degree in computer science or a relevant field plus 8 years of relevant technical experience.
