Department Overview: Our dedicated Building Surveying Team at RLB proactively undertake surveys and project manage schemes in addition to providing various other services, including contract administration, employer’s agent, project monitoring, specification writing, condition surveys, neighbourly matters and dilapidations. We are a sector focused business custodial operating and investing in Commercial, Education, Retail, Healthcare, Public Sector and Residential clients and projects. Surveyors work in close contact with their clients, advising them, amongst other things, on financial and legal matters that arise during the projects. We pride ourselves on the quality of our service to our clients and enjoy long term relationships them.
