TITLE: Houseperson LAST UPDATED: August 11,2025 DIVISION: DEPARTMENT: Hotel REPORTS TO: Room Attendant Lead FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt COMP LEVEL: 4 ________________________________________________________________ Summary: Cleans all public spaces within the Hotel, Courtyard and RV Park Club House. The intent of this position description is to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by this position. Employee(s) may be required to perform position-related tasks other than those specifically listed in this description. Essential Job Functions: - Maintains all public areas such as the main lobby, administrative offices, business conference area, vending machine rooms, elevator lobbies, stairwells, hallways, Courtyard and RV Park Clubhouse - Inspects room for cleanliness and appearance and signifies completion of room on daily assignment sheet. - Washes guestroom windows, windows and doors in public spaces, and administrative offices. - Maintains the public showers, cleaning and sanitizing after each guest. - Records and reports maintenance problems found in guestrooms and RV Park - Reports to leadership any park issues of note and also reports...
