We currently have an opportunity for a Security Supervisor at the Royal Adelaide Hospital. Join our Health & Education team and play a key role in the supervision and coordination of the day-to-day Security operations, ensuring delivery of incident response and standards are in accordance with the Services Specification and approved safe work instructions. Reporting to the Security Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services. You will work on a rotating roster; 1 week Days / 1 week Nights / 1 week Afternoons. What You’ll Do: This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: - Supervise as required the Emergency Response Team, control room operators, service desk staff and patient minding co-ordination, ensuring delivery of incident response and standards in accordance with the Services Specification and approved safe work instructions. - Work with key stakeholders to review incidents, identify risk, educate and communicate relevant safety awareness information and support an environment that is friendly, safe and secure. - Deliver a high quality service in line with set objectives.
