At Vertiv, the Training Specialist plays a key role in building and scaling training programs that support a growing, global manufacturing workforce. This role focuses on designing structured, consistent, and effective learning experiences that accelerate skill development and improve operational performance. You won’t just support training; you’ll help shape how it works. This position is based at our Pelzer SC facilities and required to travel between facilities when needed. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and continuously improve training programs that support manufacturing operations and business goals Assess learning needs and translate them into structured training solutions, including curriculum, learning paths, and training materials Develop and standardize training content, processes, and frameworks to ensure consistency and scalability across teams and locations Analyze training data, learner feedback, and performance trends to identify gaps and drive measurable improvements Partner with business leaders and key stakeholders to align training initiatives with organizational priorities Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to capture technical knowledge and convert it...
