Your Role: - As a Transition Manager , you will drive the full lifecycle of service transitions, ensuring seamless movement of processes, people, and operations between locations or providers. You will coordinate all transition activities, safeguard service continuity, and maintain strong communication with both internal and client stakeholders. - You will shape transition solutions in collaboration with bid teams, architects, and solution specialists.
