As a Production Technician – Roasting , you’ll operate roasting equipment and support the process that transforms green coffee into the roasted coffee enjoyed by customers every day. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with coffee, takes pride in quality and consistency, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment. You’ll work closely with a team to ensure every batch meets our quality, safety, and production standards. *Note that this is a 2nd shift position. The working hours for this position vary between 2pm-11pm and 3:30pm-midnight, Monday - Friday. Responsiblities: Operate coffee roasting equipment to produce high-quality coffee according to the daily production schedule. Monitor roast profiles, batch quality, and control points to ensure consistency and adherence to Peet’s quality standards. Follow all food safety and workplace safety standards, including GMPs, sanitation procedures, and company policies.
