Job Classification: Product Management - Product Management The Product Manager supporting the Growth Initiatives within the Individual Retirement Product organization will play a critical, hands-on role in managing and optimizing Prudential’s Growth portfolio, delivering retirement security in brand new ways. This role is ideal for a seasoned product professional with deep annuity expertise, demonstrated strength in financial acumen, and solid understanding of the evolving retirement landscape. The Product Manager will actively manage the P&L for both new and in-force annuity business, monitor market and competitive trends, and partner closely with Pricing, Actuarial, Investments, and Distribution to deliver profitable growth while effectively managing risk. In addition, this role will support the evaluation and development of new growth opportunities that enhance enterprise value and advance Prudential’s long-term strategic objectives.
